Terms of Service

By using Index Harmony — on the web, through the fix plugin, or through the Index Harmony app in ChatGPT or another MCP client — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

  • Index Harmony audits how visible, readable and actionable a website is for AI agents, and produces a scored report. Web audits are free.
  • The Index Harmony fix plugin is a paid, per-site product that applies improvements to WordPress sites under a license key.
  • Reports are informational snapshots taken at scan time; scores can change as your site or the check catalog evolves.

Acceptable use

  • Only submit websites you own or are authorised to audit. Scans are consent-based; AgentReadyBot never crawls the web on its own.
  • Do not attempt to overload the service, bypass rate limits, or use it to probe third-party sites.
  • Do not resell, scrape or republish reports as your own service without written permission.
  • We may throttle, suspend or refuse audits that put the service or target sites at risk.

Licenses & payments

  • Fix-plugin licenses are yearly and valid for a single website domain; the term starts when the license is activated on your site.
  • You may move a license to a new domain once per term from your account, or by contacting support.
  • If a license expires or is cancelled, fix features pause but your site data and applied settings are never deleted by us.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Scores and recommendations are our automated assessment and do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or agent behaviour. Always review changes before applying them to a production site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
