Index Harmony is an agent-readiness audit service operated by Renkmobil Bilişim A.Ş. This policy explains what data the service processes when you run an audit, download a report, create an account or purchase a license.

What we collect

  • The URL you submit and the publicly reachable content of that website, fetched by AgentReadyBot for the duration of the audit.
  • The generated report (scores, check results) stored under an unlisted link.
  • Your e-mail address — only when you request a PDF report, sign in with a one-time code, or purchase a license.
  • Order records (plan, price, country) when you buy a license. Card data is processed by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
  • Technical logs (IP address, timestamps) used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To run the audit you requested and render its report.
  • To deliver the PDF report and license e-mails you asked for.
  • To manage accounts, licenses and support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing e-mail without consent.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processing) and only to the extent required. Report pages are unlisted (noindex) and reachable only by their link.

Cookies & local storage

We use a single session cookie (httpOnly) after sign-in, and browser local storage for your language and theme preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

ChatGPT app & API access

When an audit is requested through the Index Harmony app inside ChatGPT (or another MCP client), we receive only the website URL to audit and return the report summary. The conversation itself never reaches our servers; OpenAI's own privacy policy governs what happens inside ChatGPT.

Your rights

You can access and delete your data at any time: signed-in users can delete their account and scans from the account page, and anyone can request removal of a report or e-mail record by contacting us. We answer data requests within 30 days (KVKK/GDPR).
